The story behind it
I'm Sandra Weise. I've been a life coach for over two decades. I've sat with thousands of people. Couples, families, individuals. At the exact moment they realize something needs to change.
Here's what I've learned: most couples who walk into a coaching session aren't broken. They're just out of practice. They stopped checking in. They stopped asking each other the real questions. And over time, "fine" replaced "great."
